Tyrannus International Mission

Tyrannus International Mission (referred to as “TIM” hereinafter) is an interdenominational missions organization that follows the liferisking passion for missions of the late Pastor Ha, Yongjo and reaches out to barren lands by spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. TIM takes part in realizing Onnuri Church’s vision for missions by sending 449 missionaries from TIM to 52 countries for preaching the Gospel, front pioneering, discipleship, and church planting as well as evangelizing unreached people. (As of September 2022)

Vision of TIM
“Gospel to All Nations, Churches to All Tribes!”
TIM spreads the Gospel to all nations with a view to fulfilling the Great Commission of Jesus Christ to make
disciples of all nations, and it prepares for the coming of Jesus Christ by planting churches among all tribes.

Core Values of TIM
Faith: We work by trusting God only, He who called us.
Holiness: We are “Salts and Light” and a holy channel of blessings used for restoring all nations.
Dedication: We voluntarily give up on our belongings and complacency and sacrifice joyfully for the sake of realizing God’s Kingdom.
Obedience: We seek to live like Jesus who set the example of a true leader by obeying God.

Love Sonata

Love Sonata is God’s love song for those who are thirsty for true love.
In 2007, the year that marked the centennial anniversary of the Great Pyongyang Revival, Onnuri Church started an outreach called Love Sonata to share tremendous blessings from God for church revival in Korea with Japanese churches.
Love Sonata is a “cultural evangelism rally” where performances, videos, songs and touching messages are brought together, which, makes it easier for non-believers to hear the Good News.

It is the “Cultural Evangelism Rally” aiming to carry the Gospel to Japan.

Love Sonata offers an opportunity of cultural evangelism to fire Japan up for a new revival, and those who receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord through this opportunity get to be plugged into local churches. It helps us build up church networks between Korea and Japan and share pastoring content -among 2,284 Partner Churches-.

Started in Okinawa in March 2007, Love Sonata has been held 30 times through 2020. A great number of former non-believers have received the Gospel and churches have united and networked with one another beyond denominations.
This makes us be hopeful about seeing a new era of revival unfold. We want Love Sonata to witness revival among Japanese churches and to bring about reconciliation filled with love of Jesus beyond the wall of the heartbreaking history. We also want the very revival to spread out from Korea and Japan to the rest of Asia and to the whole world.
Also, we dream of seeing many facets of Korean culture serve as the path to many blessings.
Love Sonata will hopefully fan the flames of revival among Japanese churches. Each and every church that partners will come alive again and witness the Gospel spread like what happens in the Book of Acts. It’s because God never stops singing his love song for those whom He loves.

Internet brings the whole world together as a useful tool created by God’s grace and wisdom.
With the view that a new world will come due to the development of Internet and that the Gospel is a requirement in the era of Internet, Society for World Internet Mission(SWIM) has been endeavoring since 1996 to testify for the Good News in target regions in creative ways supported by Internet.

At SWIM, we want to make the most out of what Internet can do and we offer various kinds of Gospel preaching content to local churches in mission fields through multimedia. We also help local people be able to make a living on their own by teaching them IT including Photoshop.

Refugee Missions

  • Digital business training and evangelism for Syrian refugees

  • The social enterprise “Lcanvas” launched to provide refugees with skills of livelihood and self-sufficiency such as Photoshop, for example.

Media Missions

  • Produce and share content designed for missions mobilization.

  • Produce and use missions-related content necessary in the mission field.

Internet Missions

  • Develop on-line missions platforms

  • Connect missionaries sent to the field with domestic church members through missions platforms as a means of convergence missions involving translation, remote medical support, education, and outreach programs.
